I just ordered, what happens now?

As soon as you have placed your subscription order, we will send you an adapter by mail.
Your subscription will be ready to use once you receive the adapter. All you need to do is to connect the adapter to your broadband and to a telephone, and you can start making calls.
You will have immediate access to My Pages once your order is completed.
Through these pages you can order number porting and other services.

When you order a Telio subscription you will automatically receive a new telephone number.
If you wish to keep your current telephone number you have to order number porting through My Pages.

If you have ordered a telephone we will send it to you as soon as you have made your first call using your Telio subscription.
