At Telio we do what we can to protect the environment. As a result, we encourage all our customers to sign up for e-mail invoicing.

You will save CHF 1.50 on paper invoice fees each month if you choose to receive your invoices by e-mail.

The invoice is sent to you as an e-mail attachment. E-mail invoicing is optimal for all customers who have e-banking. Simply copy the payment information from the e-mail invoice into your e-banking payment system to pay the bill.

To activate e-mail invoicing on your account, please log on to My Pages, go to “Invoice” and change the “Invoice type” from letter to e-mail under “Invoice settings”.
