Just as easy as making a call with your old telephone!
All you need to do to make a video call with Telio is dial the number you want to reach (or use the built-in directory) and then push the green telephone key on the bottom left of the telephone. It’s that simple!

What if I don’t want to make a video call?
You are free to choose whether you want to make video calls or regular calls. If you wish to make a regular voice call without video, you simply dial the number and push the key corresponding to “Audio Call” located right under the display.

What happens if I make a video call to someone who doesn’t have a video telephone?
If you place a video call to a mobile or traditional landline telephone, the call will simply be handled as a regular call without video. Telio will automatically adapt the call to the type of telephone you are trying to reach.
