Charged calls are billed per minute. Subscription fees for interconnect with traditional telecom networks are billed by Telio Telecom AS, while subscription fees for IP-to-IP communication are billed by Telio SA (169/129/59 for Medium/Mini/Macro respectively). The distribution of the subscription fees are disclosed on the order confirmation. To order a subscription based solely on IP-to-IP communication, please call Telio customer service on 02101. If an emergency number is dialled, Telio is required to send information to the emergency central, marking the location of the caller. If you move the adapter from the address listed in our customer database without giving us notice, the emergency central may register the wrong address.
