Telio Digital Vault – the only way to keep your data safe

Another feature, called Telio Digital Vault, is now available to all Telio customers, completely free of charge. With this offer you can store up to 20 GB on our secure data centers.

With our steadily increasing use of computers, more and more personal data, such as documents, music, family photos and videos, are being stored digitally on home computers. This is risky business, because most people either forget to backup their files regularly, or they store their files on external hard drives or DVDs that can break or go missing.

To make sure that your data is secure you should never store the backup file and the original file at the same location. In case of fire, flood, hardware theft, or some other unforeseen event, you risk losing both the original and the backup file if you do not adhere to this rule.

How does it work?

Once you have placed an order for the feature through My Pages, we will send you an e-mail with your user name and password. Following the instructions in this e-mail, you can either use our web interface to upload your files, or you can download a more advanced PC client that enables automatic backup and synchronization of your files.

The communication between your computer and Telio Digital Vault is secure and encrypted, and only you and the people you invite to share your files will have access.
