With eBox you are always available, even if you are not able to answer your phone. eBox is an online feature, so you do not have to buy expensive equipment. Voicemail messages can be sent to you as email attachments, and can be played back to you in a variety of different ways. Please note that eBox is not available for Micro customers.
Note! The feature requires that you activate eBox for the telephone number in question.
1.Log on to eBox for the first time:
Dial 999# on the telephone connected to the adapter.
The first time you log on you will hear a default voicemail greeting from Telio and you will be asked to choose whether or not you wish to record a new personal greeting. Dial 1 and follow the instructions to record a personal greeting, and dial # when you are finished. Your new personal voicemail greeting will then be played back to you.
2. Listen to eBox messages at home:
Dial 999# on the telephone connected to the adapter.
3. Listen to messages when you are away from your home telephone:
