With E-Invoice your bills are sent directly to your online bank account, complete with KID number, account number and everything else you need to pay the bill.
This means no more bills in the mail! Long KID and account numbers are history! All you need to do is click OK when you are ready to pay.
The bill will be sent to your online bank account well in advance of the due date. If preferred, you may be notified by e-mail when the bill is sent (with most online banks). On your online account you can easily see which bills are due, and with a click you are able to open the detailed statement with all the payment information.
The benefits of E-Invoicing:
You enter the E-Invoice agreement on your online bank account. When activating E-Invoice you will be asked to submit an E-Invoice reference. Your E-Invoice reference is simply your customer number with one or more 0’s in front, so that the total number of digits is 6. You will find your customer number on My Pages. The E-Invoice reference is also stated on your invoice.
