3-Way Calling – conference calls (0, - NOK /month)

Instructions:

3-way conversation

• Call up the first person you want to talk to
• Once the first person has picked up the phone, press “R” and wait for a new dial tone
• Call the second person
• Once the phone starts ringing, press ”R” again
• All 3 should now be able to speak to each other simultaneously.

Please note that this is a solution run directly on the adapter, so you need to announce in advance that the calls are to be merged. Complete conference solutions with more than 3 participants will be launched later on. Note also that 3-Way Calling requires more bandwidth than a regular call, and that this may lead to reduced quality for customers who have low bandwidth capacity.

Switch between two simultaneous calls

• Call the first person you want to talk to
• When he/she replies, press the “R” key on the telephone, this places the first person on hold and gives you a new dial tone
• Call up the other person
• Use the "R" key to switch between the two calls.
