Where can I use Telio?

Essentially, you can use your Telio adapter with any broadband connection around the world (provided the broadband connection has the same properties as those required at home).

If you move, you can bring your Telio adapter with you and connect it to an active broadband line at your new address. Remember to change your address through My Pages. You do not have to send us notice.

Both the service and your phone number will follow you. This means, for instance, that you can bring the adapter with you when you travel. If your travel destination has a broadband connection, you can plug in your adapter there and carry on making and receiving calls as if you where at home.

Whenever someone calls you, the phone will ring at the location of your adapter. If you spend part of the year in another country, for instance Spain, you can keep using your Telio subscription there, provided you bring your adapter with you.

Please note that you cannot make emergency calls if you use your adapter outside your home, because your phone number is linked to your home address. Make sure you change your address through My Pages if you move.
