Charged calls are billed per minute. All prices are listed in CHF, VAT included. Subscription fees for interconnect with traditional telecom networks are billed by Telio Telecom (Schweiz) AG, while subscription fees for IP-to-IP communication are billed by Telio IP Services BV (CHF 29.95/24.95 for Medium/Mini respectively). The distribution of the subscription fees are disclosed on the order confirmation. To order a subscription based solely on IP-to-IP communication, please call Telio customer service on 0800 88 66 88. If an emergency number is dialled, Telio is required to send information to the emergency central, marking the location of the caller. If you move the adapter from the address listed in our customer database without giving us notice, the emergency central may register the wrong address.
